Dear Charlie...
You can probably tell you have kept us very busy based on the fact that your seventh month letter is getting written closer to your eighth month! This month you reached several exciting milestones.
You now roll EVERYWHERE! Sometimes we do not know how you get into the predicaments you find yourself in...good thing, Max and Lucy are usually right behind you to rescue you from your trapped status. Being the third child does sometimes have its disadvantages. Mommy and Daddy completely missed you rolling over for the first time...and we were both 2 feet away from you when it happened! Mommy and Daddy were talking to Max and Lucy when we both looked down at you on your belly and then looked at each other. Almost in unison we said "Did you put him on his belly?" Not to worry, though, Max reminds us daily that we missed seeing this milestone firsthand.
Mealtime has also become considerably more exciting now that you have two bottom teeth. You were a champ with teething...a bit fussy, but nothing compared to the drama of your older siblings! It took Mommy a few days of adjusting to your new smile...she really misses your gummy grin! Seeing those two little teeth poking through is just another reminder of how quickly you are growing up.
In the past, Mommy freely admitted she was not a "baby" person. You have completely changed this, sweet Charlie. The way you grab our faces and give us wet kisses. Your screeching of delight at something funny Max and Lucy have done. The grinning face that greets us each morning. Your sweet happy nature makes it a joy to have you in our family.
