Summer has officially arrived! The arrival of the summer is marked by one thing alone in our house...Rita's Water Ice. Tonight we feasted on some delicious water ice...our favorite summer pasttime. We even indoctrinated Lulu into this tradition. It started a few years ago when Chris was travelling and Max and I would go on a "date" to Rita's to pass the time. It has become one of our favorite ways to pass the long summer nights.
I was quite impressed that Max was so willing to share his beloved water ice with Lucy.
Lucy definitely enjoyed it. The minute her mouth was empty, she started whining for more. Although, she whines anytime her mouth is empty...Chris referred to our beautiful daughter as a billy goat last night dinner...she is willing to eat anything!
