Lucy, however, has made up for any ice cream sharing opportunities that we missed with Max. The girl LOVES her ice cream...it is borderline obsessive. If she sees Chris or I with any ice cream looking item in our hand, she screams and tantrums until she has it in her paws. We went to Dairy Queen last night and she literally was shaking with excitement and frustration until Chris let her have the cone. A few licks in, she decided she would "share" with Chris. And, by share, she meant should would control the cone by holding it and feeding it to Chris every few minutes. Lucy made sure we were aware of her generous behavior by announcing "Share. Share." every time she let Chris have a bite.

Sharing
When we discovered Max had a milk allergy, I must admit that a tiny part of me was disappointed that we would not be able to share ice cream cones together in the summer. I obviously got over my disappointment quickly and we have since found several yummy summertime treats that are just as delicious as ice cream.
