We woke to pouring rain on Thursday morning which lasted on and off all day. Since the pool and any other outdoor activities were out of the question, we headed down to Manteo to check out a pirate exhibit they had advertised. The advertisement was misleading...there was no pirate exhibit to be found anywhere. We did find a small boat exhibit, however, and Max and Lucy enjoyed being sailors for a bit.

After rowing the seas for a few minutes, we headed back to the house and grabbed a few family shots.
