Be careful what you ask for...

When we were hurrying around getting ready this morning, I asked Max to go in his room and get socks. This what he came out wearing...




We proceeded to have the best time being chased around upstairs by Max the Dinosaur. Lucy thought the entire situation was hilarious.



Max, Lucy and I survived our first half day without Daddy. Chris left for a week-long trip to Yale this week. I am sure we will miss him lots this week, but it is nice to get to spend some quality time alone with my snuggle buddy...Max has been walking around the house all day calling himself the "Man of the House"...maybe the "Man of the House" will learn to put the toilet seat down this week...a girl can hope at least :)

His bedroom is sure to stay clean this week because I am sure he will be spending every night with me...
