Most of you know that we have two cats...with two very different personalities. You will probably never see a picture of Gracie on this blog. Gracie prefers the quieter, more calm side of life...definitely not a social butterfly with the two kids! Maggie, on the other hand, is a 7-year old kitten...in fact, she is chasing her tail under the kitchen table as I write this post. Maggie and Max have always had a special relationship. Maggie loves attention anyway she can get it and Max is more than happy to provide Maggie with lots of hugs and kisses. They have gotten gentler over the years, thankfully. But, we could not ask for a more patient cat. Maggie has had make-up put on her by Max, been climbed on like a horse and dragged around by her tail. Today, Lucy has been sleeping all morning which means Max and I are stuck inside until she decides to wake up. This is a picture of Max trying to wait patiently for her to join us...
He decided that it was the perfect time for a photo opportunity with Maggie as we waited for Lucy...you can see how Maggie was not that interested at first but eventually gave up and indulged Max's whims!
