These three pictures pretty much sum up how feeding time goes at our house...
Lucy inspects what has been given to her and also gives a stink eye until she figures out what it is...
Lucy rejoices with happiness when the food finds its way into her mouth...
And Diva Girl breaks down when she realizes there is no more food on her tray...
In other completely unrelated news, Max had his 4 year check up yesterday. I have stopped using the term "well visit" because, really, it is comical to think that he could ever truly be "well"! Max did wonderful with his shots and was more excited about the basketball bandaid than anything else! He tips the scales at 42 pounds (90%) and is 41.5 inches (75%). No other exciting news from the visit...he was a goof ball with the nurses as always...he was particularly silly because he learned about April Fools Day earlier in the day at school. With the way Max flirts with nurses and doctors, I think he is destined to marry one!
Max also started swim lessons last night...he loved them. Immediately after getting out of the pool he asked when he could go back. The little stinker even put his face in the water when the instructor asked him to...we have been trying to get Max to do this for two years and he refused!

Glad to see Lucy found a way to feed herself. I guess with the fork, she doesn't have to bend her arms and exert herself too much!
And isn't it always amazing what they will do for other people that they won't do for us!
